Alarms and dogs
When will people start to learn how to use their alarms properly? Also when will people learn that letting your mutt run around the neighbourhood at 3am barking is just not acceptable.? Comments anyone?
I don't understand why dog owners think it is acceptable to allow their dogs to bark incessantly in their back yards,
I've found myself having to get out of bed at 3am and go to the door of the owner on 2 occasions to ask that they do something to stop the dog from barking. On other occasions, I'm unable to be specific of the garden where the dog is therefore not able to do anything.
Is there support to ask the owners that if their dog is barking, and especially if it's after 11pm to take them indoors?
